To use it Add one spoonful to 12 to 16 fl oz (350 to 500 ml) of water and shake. As a starting point, drink 1 to 2 servings for every hour of exercise, but also pay attention to your thirst. Drink when you are thirsty. Don't drink when you're not thirsty.
