The waistband makes these shorts extremely comfortable and easily adaptable to all body types. It provides adequate compression in the abdominal and lumbar areas, properly supporting all the muscles involved in pedaling and keeping the shorts in a stable position while in motion. The Lycra in the crotch area has been ceramic-coated, making them more durable and wear-resistant. Our Pro Gel Pad is our most popular chamois; it features asymmetrically perforated holes to allow airflow and keep you dry and comfortable. It's finished with a smart, laser-cut 8cm clip that will hold them in place without restricting your movement.
BRT GEL CUSHION
BRT is a gel pad patented by Biemme. It's an innovative pad because the different layers are assembled and perforated asymmetrically. This design allows for better breathability of the pad's underside, keeping the area dry and cool, while also increasing safety and absorption of ground stresses and vibrations transmitted through the frame. These stresses can cause redness if the area remains damp during use due to perspiration and poor breathability. Therefore, this type of perforation, achieved with unique holes in the different layers of varying densities and materials, allows the pad to be more breathable. The gel insert further enhances all these features.
